IMPORTANT: CONDITIONAL LAUNCH PROMOTION
The prize draw is conditional on Rolle reaching a Live Market Product by the Launch Longstop Date stated below. Until that condition is met, entries are provisional. If Rolle does not reach a Live Market Product by that date, the promotion will not activate, no draw will take place and no prize will be awarded. Early Access registration itself will remain unaffected.

1. Promoter
The promoter is Rolle Solutions Ltd, company number 16026189, registered office at 4 Diamond Terrace, London, England, SE10 8QN ("Rolle", "the Promoter", "we", "us" or "our").
2. The promotion
The promotion is the Rolle "Win Your Share of the Rent" Early Access prize draw ("Promotion"). It gives eligible participants the opportunity to earn up to three provisional entries for the chance to win a payment equal to their verified share of one month's residential rent, subject to the maximum prize value and the Launch Condition in these Terms.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. Important Launch Condition
The Promotion is conditional on Rolle reaching a Live Market Product on or before 1 June 2027 (the "Launch Longstop Date").
For these Terms, "Live Market Product" means that Rolle has made its consumer service available to a first live UK customer cohort and has the production arrangements required for the core rent-coordination service to operate with live regulated payment infrastructure.
Before the Launch Condition is met, all entries recorded under the Promotion are provisional entries only.
If the Launch Condition is met by 1 June 2027, all eligible provisional entries will become valid entries and the Promoter will proceed with the prize draw in accordance with these Terms.
If the Launch Condition is not met by the Launch Longstop Date:
- the Promotion will automatically terminate and will no longer be active;
- no provisional entry will become a valid prize-draw entry;
- no prize draw will take place and no prize will be awarded;
- the Promoter will notify provisional entrants using the email address supplied when they joined Early Access; and
- a participant's Rolle Early Access registration will remain in place unless they separately ask us to remove it or it is otherwise closed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because the Launch Condition affects whether the prize draw will take place, it is a significant condition of the Promotion and should be stated clearly in promotional material referring to the prize draw.
4. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to individuals who, at the time of entry and at the time any prize is awarded:
- are aged 18 or over;
- are resident in the United Kingdom;
- are personally responsible for paying a share of rent for their main residential home in the United Kingdom; and
- can provide reasonable evidence of that rent responsibility and amount if selected as the provisional winner.
The Promotion is not open to employees, officers or directors of Rolle, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Promotion.
Rolle may require reasonable evidence of eligibility.
5. Promotion period
The Promotion opens on 7 October 2026 and closes on 1 June 2027. Entries received after the Promotion has closed will not be accepted unless the Promoter is required to make a change because of exceptional circumstances permitted by applicable promotional rules.
The Closing Date and Launch Longstop Date are both 1 June 2027 but operate as separate conditions. A participant may complete qualifying entry actions during the Promotion period even if the Launch Condition has not yet been met. Those entries remain provisional until the Launch Condition is satisfied.
6. How to enter
An eligible participant may earn a maximum of three entries, one for each of the following qualifying actions:
- Join Rolle Early Access through paybyrolle.com by completing the required registration information. This earns the first provisional entry.
- Complete the Rolle renter survey linked to the same Early Access registration. This earns the second provisional entry.
- Follow Rolle on Instagram at @paybyrolle and complete the verification process using the unique entry code provided by Rolle. This earns the third provisional entry once the qualifying follow has been verified.
Each qualifying action is optional. Completing the second or third action is not required to keep an earlier entry.
A maximum of three entries per person is permitted. Creating multiple email addresses, Early Access registrations or Instagram accounts to obtain additional entries is not permitted.
Entries generated by automated systems, bots, scripts, bulk-entry services or other methods designed to circumvent the entry limit are not permitted.
7. Instagram entry verification
For the third entry, the participant must follow @paybyrolle on Instagram and send the unique Rolle entry code associated with their Early Access registration to Rolle by Instagram direct message.
Rolle will use the Instagram interaction and information made available through Instagram or Meta to match the participant to the relevant Early Access record and verify that the qualifying follow has been completed.
Clicking a link to Instagram or sending the code without completing the qualifying follow does not create a third entry.
The Instagram account used for verification must allow Rolle to verify the qualifying action. If the action cannot reasonably be verified, the third entry will not be awarded.
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. By taking part, participants acknowledge that Instagram and Meta have no responsibility for the Promotion.
8. The prize
There is one prize.
The prize is a payment equal to the winner's verified personal share of one month's residential rent, up to a maximum of £1,000.
The amount will be based on the winner's actual contractual or otherwise demonstrable rent responsibility for one ordinary rental period of approximately one month at the time the prize is verified. It does not include utilities, council tax, service charges, deposits, arrears, penalties, interest, fees or other housing costs unless the Promoter expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
If the winner's verified rent share is lower than the amount stated when entering, the prize will be based on the verified amount. If it exceeds the maximum prize value, the prize will be capped at the maximum prize value.
The Promoter may pay the prize directly to the winner, to the winner's landlord or managing agent, or by another reasonable method agreed with the winner. The Promoter will not require the winner to pay any fee to claim the prize.
The prize is non-transferable. There is no additional cash alternative beyond the monetary prize described in these Terms.
9. Evidence of rent
A provisional winner must provide reasonable evidence of their rent responsibility and monthly share before the prize is confirmed. This may include a tenancy or licence agreement, rent statement, landlord or agent confirmation, payment history or other evidence reasonably requested by the Promoter.
The Promoter will request only the information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and the prize amount and will handle that information in accordance with the Rolle Privacy Policy.
If a provisional winner cannot provide reasonable evidence within the claim period, is not eligible, or provides materially false or misleading information, the Promoter may withdraw the provisional award and select a replacement winner.
10. Winner selection
Provided the Launch Condition has been satisfied, the winner will be selected at random on 1 June 2027, after the Promotion has closed, from all valid entries.
The selection will be carried out using a verifiably random computer process or under the supervision of an independent person. The Promoter will retain reasonable evidence of the selection process.
Each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected. A participant with three valid entries therefore has three entries in the draw, while a participant with one valid entry has one entry.
11. Notification and claiming the prize
The Promoter will contact the provisional winner using the email address associated with their Early Access registration.
The provisional winner must respond within 14 days of the first notification and provide any reasonable eligibility and rent-verification information requested by the Promoter.
If the provisional winner does not respond within 14 days, cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, is ineligible or fails to complete verification, the Promoter may select a replacement winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
The Promoter aims to provide the prize within 30 days after the winner has been verified, unless a later date is reasonably necessary and agreed with the winner.
12. Winner information
The Promoter may make the surname and county or region of the winner available to people who reasonably request confirmation that a valid award took place, subject to applicable law and promotional rules.
A winner may object to some or all of this information being made available. However, the Promoter may still provide information to the Advertising Standards Authority or another competent regulator where required.
13. Disqualification and abuse
The Promoter may reject or remove an entry where it reasonably believes that:
- the participant is not eligible;
- the entry was generated using fraud, automation, false information or manipulation;
- the participant has attempted to obtain more than the permitted number of entries;
- an Instagram qualifying action has not genuinely been completed;
- the participant has interfered with the fair operation of the Promotion; or
- allowing the entry would unfairly disadvantage participants who have complied with these Terms.
Where reasonably possible, the Promoter will act proportionately and may request clarification before disqualifying an entry.
14. Availability and technical issues
The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are not received because of network, device, platform or technical failures outside the Promoter's reasonable control.
If an entrant can demonstrate that a qualifying action was completed within the Promotion period but a technical issue prevented it from being recorded, the Promoter may consider reasonable evidence and correct the entry record where appropriate.
15. Changes and cancellation
The Launch Condition in section 3 is part of the Promotion from the outset and is not a later change to the Promotion.
Apart from the operation of that pre-disclosed Launch Condition, the Promoter will not cancel the Promotion, change the Closing Date or materially amend these Terms except where exceptional circumstances make a change necessary and the change is permitted by applicable law and promotional rules.
Where a permitted change is necessary, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to communicate it clearly and to avoid disadvantaging participants who entered under the original terms.
16. Personal information
Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used in accordance with the Rolle Privacy Policy available at paybyrolle.com/privacy.
Information may be used to administer entries, verify qualifying actions, select and contact the winner, verify the prize and demonstrate that the Promotion was administered fairly.
17. Promoter responsibility
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
The Promoter is not responsible for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control or for a participant's inability to access Instagram, email or another third-party service, except where the Promoter is legally responsible for the loss.
Nothing in these Terms affects a participant's statutory rights.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Participants living elsewhere in the United Kingdom retain any mandatory rights and protections available under the law of the part of the UK in which they live.
19. Questions about the Promotion
Questions about the Promotion can be submitted through paybyrolle.com/contact. Privacy questions should be sent to privacy@paybyrolle.com.
