1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of paybyrolle.com and any website-based features provided by Rolle Solutions Ltd ("Rolle", "we", "us" or "our").
By using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the website.
If you enter a prize draw or other promotion, additional promotion-specific terms will apply. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the specific promotion terms, the promotion terms will apply to that promotion.
2. About Rolle
Rolle is operated by Rolle Solutions Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16026189, with registered office at 4 Diamond Terrace, London, England, SE10 8QN.
Rolle is developing technology for coordinating household rent, bills and shared financial responsibilities. Rolle is not a bank.
3. The website and current service status
The website provides information about Rolle, enables people to register for Early Access, take part in research and promotions, and contact us.
Some pages may show product concepts, prototypes, demonstrations or descriptions of features that are still in development. These materials explain the intended direction of Rolle and do not guarantee that every feature will be available in the form shown, on a particular date or at all.
The live Rolle app, payment services, Open Banking services and any other regulated or financial services will be subject to separate terms and privacy information before they become available to customers.
4. Early Access
You may be able to register your interest in Rolle through our Early Access programme.
Early Access registration does not create a customer account for the live Rolle service, guarantee access to the product, guarantee a particular launch date or require us to make any feature available.
We may contact Early Access registrants about their registration, product availability, research opportunities and other information directly connected with Early Access. General marketing communications are subject to any separate marketing choice you make.
We may limit, pause, close or change the Early Access programme where reasonably necessary, including as the product moves towards launch.
5. Prize draws and promotions
From time to time, Rolle may run prize draws or other promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own terms, which will explain eligibility, how to enter, the closing date, the prize and how winners are selected.
Participation in a promotion is optional. Where a promotion offers additional entries for optional actions, each action will be described in the relevant promotion terms.
Please read the applicable Prize Draw Terms before entering.
6. Sign-in and account features
The website may offer sign-in or basic account-management features. You are responsible for keeping any login details, verification links, devices or credentials used to access your account secure.
You must provide accurate information and must not access or attempt to access another person's account without permission.
If you believe your account or credentials have been compromised, contact us as soon as reasonably possible through the Contact page.
7. Acceptable use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit the use of the website by anyone else.
You must not:
- use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes;
- submit information that you know is false, misleading or belongs to someone else without authority;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, accounts, systems, servers or data;
- introduce malware, malicious code or other harmful material;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems without our written permission;
- interfere with the normal operation or security of the website;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the website except where permitted by law or agreed by us; or
- use Rolle branding, content or intellectual property in a way that suggests an endorsement, partnership or affiliation that does not exist.
8. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website and its content, including the Rolle name, logos, designs, text, graphics, product concepts, interfaces, illustrations, software and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Rolle and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the website for your own personal or internal business purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer or commercially exploit our content except where permitted by law or with our written permission.

The website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties, including social media platforms and other service providers.
We do not control those third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily mean that Rolle endorses the third party.
11. Website availability
We do not guarantee that the website or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
We may suspend, withdraw, restrict or change all or part of the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, development, legal or operational reasons.

14. Your responsibility for information you submit
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit to Rolle is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it.
You must not submit unlawful, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, infringing or malicious content.
Where you provide optional feedback, ideas or suggestions about Rolle, you agree that we may use that feedback to develop and improve the product without creating an obligation to pay you or implement the suggestion. This does not transfer ownership of any personal information you provide.
15. Privacy and cookies

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the website, our business, the law or our operating arrangements.
The latest version will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date will be changed. If a change materially affects an existing account or service relationship, we will provide additional notice where appropriate.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living in another part of the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections available to you under the law of the part of the UK in which you live and may be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.
If you use the website for business purposes, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with these Terms or the website.
